Website
Ok so I'm working on a wedding web site... I can alter it/type in info on my computer but can't view it (website and my Apple computer don't agree) but Sone says it looks good.... so far. It's very much under construction and the pics suck because I haven't gotten most of them off my old computer and we don't have too many that are all that great either... so any who feel free to check it out and look for updates to come.
How we met
According to Sarah ~
Sone and I originally met at Tulip Time (2007) in a chance passing/very brief introduction.
A few weeks later we ran across each other online and he emailed me just to say hello and we began emailing back and forth. He helped me with an assignment for school (ok so I basically sent him the questions for my cultural assessment and he answered them) and thru emails back and forth we became friends.
After a lot of emails, texts, myspacing comments, and one trip to Pella to pick up a Wii game Jackson wanted (I couldn't find in Des Moines anywhere but for some reason the Pella Walmart had plenty) we finally met up again for brunch at Granite City. I rarely get to go to Sunday brunch because of my work schedule and according to Sone's it was his first. Thank goodness I over looked him watching golf on the TV mounted above my head.
A couple of weeks later he lost a bet (or perhaps won in the long run) and we went to Sam and Gabe’s for steaks. We had a great time and I started thinking hmmm . Soon after we went to Buzzard Billy’s for a quick dinner before I left for Phoenix to visit my brother. Sone was still being shy and apparently oblivious to any of my flirting as I was still purely friend Sarah.
I flew back from Phoenix on Valentine's Day and although there was no one meeting me at the airport (long standing observation with my friends that coming down the escalator at the airport and having no one at the bottom waiting while everyone else - or so it seems - does is kind of depressing) I did have beautiful flowers waiting for me at home and a last minute Valentine's Day date. Although incredibly low key and not glamourous (take out pizza from Orlando’s and a DVD from Blockbuster) it was our first 'real' date and the last first date of our lives.
